Frequently asked questions

My technicians aren’t comfortable with computers.

Their screen only shows their day: head out, clock in, get the signature. A short training session is enough.

I have different pricing agreements depending on the client.

Each client can have their own labour and travel rates. Everyone else pays your standard rates.

Do my clients need to install anything?

No. They get a link to their portal to approve a quote or see their invoices.

How do we get started?

Send us your client, equipment and parts lists in Excel: we import them and train your team.

We’ll show you, with your own calls.

30 minutes, in person or by video, built around how you actually work. No salesperson: you talk to someone from the field.
