The truck is down. Your mechanic is already on the way.
For roadside service and mobile heavy-vehicle repair companies: roadside calls, your clients’ units, PEP (SAAQ preventive maintenance program), night on-call and invoices. From the driver’s call to the invoice, without retyping a thing.
From the driver on the shoulder to the invoice.
The dispatcher, the mechanic and the client see the same information. Nobody has to call back to find out where the truck is, or how the repair is going.

Your clients’ due dates, and someone to answer at night.
Your clients see their vehicles.
Carriers have their own portal: their vehicles with the plate, VIN, odometer and next PEP, their quotes to approve and their invoices. They can also send you a service request.
Frequently asked questions
The driver doesn’t know exactly where they are.
They text you their location (Google Maps or Apple Maps): you paste the link and the pin drops on the map. Otherwise, the highway and the km marker are enough to centre the map.
We also do repairs in the shop.
A call can be at your shop instead of on the road: no travel billed, and the same tracking of hours and parts.
Our mechanics aren’t comfortable with computers.
Their screen only shows their calls: head out, clock in, add parts, get the signature. A short training session is enough.
How do we get started?
Send us your client, unit and parts lists in Excel: we import them and train your team.
We’ll show you, with your own roadside calls.
30 minutes, in person or by video, built around how you actually work. No salesperson: you talk to someone from the field.
